By creating an account or using Muscle Forge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

Muscle Forge provides general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or take medication. You assume all risk of injury arising from following any program in the Service.

Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel any time from your Account screen or by contacting support.

Pricing and trial length may change. Existing subscribers keep their current price unless we notify you of a change with at least 30 days' notice.

• Don't share your account credentials.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

The exercise programs, meal recipes, and content in the Service are owned by Muscle Forge and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the Account screen.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Forge is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
